This is the original U of A store... Lute approved! Time tested!
NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. I purchased sweatshirt there and I specifically asked about the return policy. I was told I could return it, no problem. I found the same item for $16 less at the UA bookstore. When I went to return the sweatshirt, I was told by the manager that the owner is an "a$$hole" (his word, not mine) and they would only exchange. Horrible customer service. They should've honored what they told me - that would've been the right thing to do. No idea how this place continues to be in business with such horrible... read more
Read the FIne Print – While they do have a large selection of university apparel, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and return policy. Their return policy is written on a large sign which emphasizes their "no personal checks" policy. I was looking for a particular item, and they had it. The next day I found it for a MUCH better price elsewhere...Lo and behold No Refunds...All Sales final. Well hidden in the sign that I'm sure no one reads in its entirety.
