Horrible business practices! I took my boat there and asked them to get it "lake ready". They didnt replace the oil! I had also asked them to check and replace, if necessary, the oil gauge. When I retrieved my boat the owner told it was ready for the lake, nothing was wrong with any of the gauges. my boat ran for 30 min. the following day on the lake. They DIDNT PUT ANY OIL IN IT AND THE GAUGE DIDNT WORK! I WILL NEVER go to this place again and advise no one else to. This mistake cost me \$3000 to have the motor rebuilt. Whe... read more
I was always greeted cheerfully by the owners! They both went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The only reason I didnt buy from them was my credit wasnt quite good enough to get the interest rate below 10%.
I have done business with Camptown for several years. I have always been treated fair. Recently I had a problem with my camper and it was my vacation time. I have to say they went beyond the call of duty to get me going. Thanks guys youre awesome.

Very, very rude, the Owner/Manager actually yelled, screamed and slammed his fists on the desk because I walked in to the show room area through the service entrance door instead of the front show roomdoor. They are very rude. Placed an order for boat parts and a month later they still had not ordered them. When i went to get my money back the wrote me a check but told me that they was going to call and cancel it so that i could not cash it. They do not know how to run a business, they also had a friend of mines boat for over a month and never did any work on it. They are crooks.
This company is not honest. I will never do business with them again. We dropped off our camper to be looked at and it "would be finished on Monday". We go pick it up on Wednesday and was told we could not pick it up with out paying \$60. Oh and "they did not have time to look at everything". Lovely. They got their \$60.. and we got nothing.
