The sales girl was very nice, we had no problem with her at all. The owner Dave, was the worst. The used camper we were looking at had allot of big cracks in the caulking on the roof. There was obvious water damage in the front and back of the camper. We were ok with that, as long as they resealed the roof. Dave insisted it was not water damage but agreed to repair the roof and service all the trailer systems, but would not list them on the contract. Hello, We purchased a new Jayco light travel trailer last June from them. The owner did half of the paperwork and transactions. They were friendly, sort of. They seemed annoyed with having to do the paperwork. However, the tour was fantastic. The service tech knew his Jayco inside and out. We were impressed with his presentation and friendly personality.
