I’m not sure how else to get their attention other than this review. Paul was quick initially to answer my call and answer some questions. Within a week, they went from that to completely unresponsive (2 texts, 2 voicemail). I believed this was going to be a mutually beneficial encounter and now I’ve had to move on without any explanation. Sorry, Paul, but if I ran my business that way, there would be no business.

I would think twice about letting a spineless lier work on anything. Paul came out to my house to look at a slideout topper job, topper had boke going down the road. He seemed very happy to do the job. Said he would order parts then schedule a date to come back out. That never happened, it was LIE AFTER LIE , I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A WEEK, THEN HE SAID 2 WEEKS THEN HE SAID WAITING ON PARTS THEN THEY SENT WRONG PARTS. our initial conversation was very helpful with the suggestions that he made and I was able to actually find the problem. So thank you. Turns out we had to actually fix the problem. Very efficient and fair prices.
