Paid for a car wash and no soap coming out of the wand. Sent a request for a credit that went unanswered. I understand machines falter but the lack of response is not appreciated.
Machine wont accept my card even though there's plenty of money on it... put a 10 dollar bill in the machine and it doesnt turn on.... to make it even more special you guys dont even answer the phones... no bueno
Overpriced. I got the least expensive touch free wash for $12 and while my car is clean, I’m used to paying $6 in Salem for the same level of express wash. If you don’t mind the price I’d still recommend it!
