Not enough time to dry
Been three times this winter and every time the underbody spray hasn’t worked.. I reached out and of course they ignored me. I specifically get my car washed and pay extra for the underbody spray in the winter. If it isn’t working then the car wash shouldn’t be open. You are offering something and not providing it. Paid for a car wash and no soap coming out of the wand. Sent a request for a credit that went unanswered. I understand machines falter but the lack of response is not appreciated.
The wash did a terrible job. Not only was there still dirt remaining on my car from before the wash, but my car was also covered in soap after the wash process completed. My side mirrors were completely unusable. I paid for the $20 car wash, primarily for the undercarriage wash feature, but the undercarriage wash never fired. The whole experience was so bad that I had to go to another car wash to fix the issues that this one caused. I won't be going back to any Camps Car Wash location.
