Bought a sofa from Campos Furniture in September. It broke in under a month. They confirmed the motor is defective, but after 2+ months of “it’s coming,” still no repair. This is unacceptable. I need a real solution now—repair or refund.
Stopped in after seeing the store was closing and figured I’d take a last look around. Instead, I ended up dealing with a salesperson named Brian who was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. I have no idea why this store is closing, but if Brian’s attitude is any indication of how they treat customers, it’s honestly no surprise at all.
