Every start has a rough beginning but the work that was put out was smooth and calm. Great final job for our backyard overall a truthful 5 star!
Very disappointing experience with this landscaping company. I would not recommend them. After the work was completed, they left trash, wheelbarrows, and tools on my property instead of cleaning up. The grass they installed looked dry and almost like it had been painted green. I ended up having to buy my own grass seed and reseed the lawn myself because it was already dying. I want to update my previous review. Marcel turned out to be a man of his word. He came back to my home and we were able to talk through everything and get the project corrected to the outcome I was hoping for. In the end, it came down to a miscommunication on both sides. Marcel made the effort to come back and make it right, and I appreciate that. The work was completed and I’m now a happy customer.
Timeline- said 4 days- took 4 1/2 months and still clean up not complete- Firepit still not right- back yard now floods when it rains. Worst of all didnt give correct info for the HOA and we were fined. Still dealing with that. Now won't return my tests at all .Worst communication EVER!! It amazes me all the positive reviews as my experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with this contractor. After spending a lot of money, I asked him to complete the job by building a brick enclosure around my flower bed and tree. Instead, he left a full pallet of bricks sitting on my front lawn and never came back to finish the work. I’ve called multiple times and he won’t answer the phone or return my calls. This is completely unprofessional, and at this point it feels like a scam. I would not recommend using this company unless you’re prepared to be ignored after payment.
