Timeline- said 4 days- took 4 1/2 months and still clean up not complete- Firepit still not right- back yard now floods when it rains. Worst of all didnt give correct info for the HOA and we were fined. Still dealing with that. Now won't return my tests at all .Worst communication EVER!! It amazes me all the positive reviews as my experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with this contractor. After spending a lot of money, I asked him to complete the job by building a brick enclosure around my flower bed and tree. Instead, he left a full pallet of bricks sitting on my front lawn and never came back to finish the work. I’ve called multiple times and he won’t answer the phone or return my calls. This is completely unprofessional, and at this point it feels like a scam. I would not recommend using this company unless you’re prepared to be ignored after payment.
They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were quick and very respectful. I highly highly recommend.
El servicio que Marcel nos dio desde el primero día fue excelente, hasta el último día. El proyecto si demoró más tiempo del acordado pero fue por cuestiones del clima, hubo varios problemas por eso y Marcel siempre resolvió cada detalle que surgía. El trabajo al final quedó súper bonito y bien hecho. Gracias Marcel y si equipo.
We were very satisfied with the work done in our backyard. The concrete turned out uniform with a professional finish, and the grass was installed flawlessly. They completed everything exactly within the promised timeframe and offered a very reasonable price. A truly professional service and highly recommended.
