This location is complete garbage. It has been a complete nightmare for my husband to get his implant inserted. It has been a constant back-and-forth with them. First y’all mess up his implant casting so he has to go in again to get it redone. Then yall scheduled him for his implant, then say yall don’t have a part and the specialist has to insert it, so he leaves. Then campos calls his back after he leaves and tells him that they found the part…… so again he’ll have to go back in, and miss work….. how do you not have all th... read more
The only reason I would recommend this place is because of Dr. Gonzales, she Is an amazing and caring dentist. She values you as a person not just a patient. If she was not there I would not recommend. Customer service from the front desk is bad. They don't care to take care of the patient or patients needs. They lack communication skills and kindness towards their patients.
Was thinking about going back after already spending thousands of dollars allready there ,starting reading reviews and all the negativity rings so true .the work is sub par for the attitude you deal with office staff and dentists talks about patients openly etc. Not a professional atmosphere when your allready in pain .go somewhere else for a more positive experience and redoing work they've tested you on .smh
