The company just started using emails to communicate and the rude owner (Jack) recently aquired a cell phone for the first time. Technology is not utilized to help you visualize your home, it's planned and drawn on blueprints as if it was the 1970's. The owner is like the wizard of oz running things behind the curtain and calling him was like calling the white house. We purchased a Campo Brothers model home in March of 2020 so we did not go through the construction & building process but have been living in the home for 4 years. Upon initial inspection of the house prior to closing they fixed all of the requests we had. We haven’t had any major issues. While I can’t speak to the building process I feel our home was built well and with quality materials.

I’ve been reluctant to leave a review hoping they would do the right thing and come fix their mistakes and expect many if you do choose to use them. In 5 years since our house was built we’ve basically had to replace our entire heating system and our ac is on it’s way out, there’s a refrigerant leak that costs us about $600 year to refill. Campo points the finger at the contractor and vice versa.
