Their customer service is great and they backup their work.
I submitted an email with dxf to get a quote for plasma cutting. 3 days went by and no reply, so I called and was told it could take up to 4 business days to get a quote. I waited a total of 9 business days and have heard nothing. They could have at least replied and said hey we have a minimum or hey we are super busy it will be a few more days. I wouldn’t waste my time here, there’s obviously a secret handshake atmosphere here or they just have more business than they know what to do with.
