There’s hidden fees and the amenities they say are included are false. If you’re not white you are brushed off. I wish I never moved here and just bought a home on the other side of the community. They charge an additional fee for internet and front yard cleaning. That’s a joke. They rarely clean and I had to my cable bill on top of my bill. Worse decision ever to rent here!
