Such a great community to raise a family with all the outdoor amenities! Awesome playgrounds pepper the community and the lazy river is the icing on the cake! Grill by the river while Momma catches some rays by the river and waves to her kids as they float by. Rent-to-own is a great option for folks breaking into the housing market! Close to shops, etc. Just minutes from Hwy. 54. Plenty of options with all the models available.

You mean campo del flood...what a sham...and shame... desert view put up homes and never put in proper drainage....another rip off scheme

My family and I are relocating to Fort Bliss and were looking for homes near base when we came across the Campo Del Sol neighborhood. We applied for a home on Spanish Trail, were approved, and even selected (and paid extra for) an end-unit property after viewing it twice with our leasing agent, Jennifer.
