Excellent quiet neighborhood
Not sure how much they paid for decent reviews. I have lived in HOA communities in other cities and have NEVER had a worse experience or power trip from an HOA! This is a disgrace. I rented just to see if I liked it and I’m so thankful I didn’t. As a local realtor I would NEVER advise someone buy out here! A disclosure would be signed before I’d let them purchase. They lure you in showing off the lazy river and amenity center. Let’s be real!! This is NEVER open! In 2024 they promised it would be open by August. Then did a gr... read more
