Well for me, the delivery service was not reliable. The estimated delivery was Dec 30 and it is jan 2 today, and still have not received it. If you are planning a trip or need it by a certain date, I suggest do not buy it online. If you can maybe just visit the store but do not rely on the shipping. If you cannot visit the store, I suggest buying it from other reliable service if you can.
White glove service, good merchandise, and pleasant ambiance. Pat helped me and my husband, and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and hospitable.
