Purchased a Thule online for 2017 Acura MDX which happened to be too big and couldn’t open the rear tailgate. Tahir and staff were excellent making sure we could exchange for the correct size and installed it with me on the spot to make sure we had no issues. Great service!
Tahir was unbelievably helpful in getting me set up with my Thule cargo box. He was super knowledgeable and made sure I had all the parts I needed, including ordering a specific fit kit I couldn’t find anywhere else. The staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I got 2 pairs of gloves and a jacket and what they helped me pick was perfect. I came back to get my mom a pair of gloves and they helped me decide and in picking the warmest combination of gloves I could get her. I went for the great inventory, and prices, but went back a few times for their staff are really super super helpful.
