Working here was nothing less than TOXIC! The owner, Nicholas, behaved like a textbook narcissist. His condescending manner and treatment of his employees was infuriating. He was never available when needed yet appeared intermittently to hurl about blame and abuse for things that displeased him. This man is unaccountable and arrogant. Working here was nothing less than TOXIC! The owner/principal/supervisor behaved like a true narcissist. His condescending manner and treatment of his employees was infuriating. His righthand associate is suffocatingly anxious and controlling. Had the opportunity to work hands on with Nicholas. Very old school with a modern touch inspired landscaping. Priced just perfect. It is easy to overlook how important a classy landscaping is.
