My husband had an appointment for 8:30am- the driver had to drop someone else off in another town, so my husband was 50 minutes late for his outpatient therapy- we r lucky they still took him for his appointment (6-8 hour appointment). Then they were late picking him up. I called and spoke to John ( I was told he was a manager) he said he would call me back but never did. I would not use them again (we paid out of pocket for the service).

Terrible service. Long wait and expensive service. When I didnt have the full amount they left me at the office and took off.
