I will change this rating if the issues are resolved. My daughter is in the process of buying an RV from San Diego location. We paid $5000 to have everything checked out. They were supposed to have had this done prior to our 2nd visit then we were going to make our final decision based on the outcome of any checks and repairs.They didn’t do the service, asked for the wire transfer, telling us everything was good. Had an amazing experience here! The sales rep we were connected with was Jalind, and we felt so taken care of the entire time. As a little backstory, the wife and I were looking to purchase our first camping trailer, and this was the second RV dealer we visited. We had a ton of questions and needed a lot of guidance. One lady was helping everyone in the place. 3 other girls were up front and did not lift a figure to help the customers. Went to the back were all the parts were, 6 dudes not even trying to help the customers in the isles. They passed me several times not once asking if I needed help. My Camping World in Surprise, AZ, they will come and ask if you need help and there are plenty of people willing to help.
I bought my RV at RV Solutions, the dealership that Camping World bought. RV Solutions totally ripped me off, made promises they never kept, overcharged me, performed horrible service, etc. Now that Camping World has taken over, you can't even get anyone to answer the phone. It really is the most shockingly poor level of customer service. I guess that's what happens when companies get too big. What a shame for the customer!!
