I would 100% not recommend coming to camping world. Travis the sales guy was so pushy when my husband spoke to him he was so unprofessional and his words were all over and his eyes were so glossy you could tell he was intoxicated. My husband could smell alcohol on his breathe. Had a very awesome experience with Claudia Maass. Very helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable of the camping world.
If I could give zero stars I would. The only pleasant experience we have was with Brea the sales women. Dealing with Travis in the finance dept was a nightmare. He messed up our loan papers twice!! Then forgot which trailer we were buying. He pushed the warranty on us when we declined multiple times!!! Then day of delivery they DAMAGED OUR TRAILER!!!!! The delivery guy said he will start a claim. Well that was 2 weeks ago. We have called three times and got the run around. This place is the definition of incompetence.... my ... read more
