I decided to purchase a used Chevy camper van at the end of June. They originally offered me $4,000 for my trade in and after 3 days of negotiations came up with $10,000. I paid $17,000 which was my mistake but decided to sell the camper myself. After agreeing on a price for the new van I met 2 days later with the salesman who made me wait 30 minutes with a 2:00 appt and by 7:30 my purchase was done. While we had a solid purchasing experience here in January, the service department is THE worst experience we've had in our lives with any vehicle, and at 55yrs old, that's saying something. We won't be returning. I saw some other comments that echo our experience "the service department has thrown customer service out the window" and "if I could give a zero I would." Been a customer for a long time when they've done well I've praised them but this time they are falling short took my unit in at the end of May beginning of June to get ready for the season thought I would get a generator service while I was there since I hadn't done it which included an oil change I was told they had to take it out in order to service it.
