The customer service at this location was awful. It took a full week, twice, to get someone to return our call to set up a time to pick up the trailer we purchased in July. The first appt it was determined during the walkthrough that there was an electrical issue that needed fixed and would require us to come back the following week, which we did. Smaller selection than others but units were in good shape and everyone was very friendly
I just left from dropping our camper off for parts and service, and everyone’s worked with was wonderful! We are new to this adventure, and Devin was so patient and transparent explaining each thing they were going to do and how much it would cost. Stephanie G and Jenny were super helpful when I made a mistake unhitching the camper. Everyone was cheerful and helpful.

We took our RV in to get our fridge replaced after a fire. They had it for 2 weeks. It was fixed we were out of town. Picked it up that next Monday & come to find out they do not lock the RV's it sat in the lot from Wednesday till Monday some one broke into the RV & stole our gun, a coin purse with $100, went thru all our drawers. We feel so violated & apparently the camera's they have outside are not hooked up & don't work. Alot of good that does. All they said was we sorry about what happened.
