The management, sales, and service staff at Troutdale Camping World all get 5 stars from me. I had service done on a truck camper there previously, and they went above and beyond. This week I made a major RV purchase and they were fantastic all the way through. Every time I called I was instantly connected with the person who could help, and everything was fully disclosed and delivered as promised. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Greg and Anthony was one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with any business. These two are the definition of rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They sold us a lie — charged us over $3,000 for a “special exterior coating” to protect our RV, then never actually did the work. I’ve never dealt with a more rude, unprofessional, and dishonest group of people than Greg and Anthony at Camping World of Wood Village. From start to finish, our experience was a complete nightmare. We were charged over $3,000 for a so-called “special exterior coating” that was supposed to protect our RV from the elements. We later discovered that the coating was never applied at all — they flat-out lied to us.
