Bought new RV furniture from the Spartanburg location in South Carolina. Associates were very friendly and helpful taking their time to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this location to meet your camping needs. Frankie Shealy
Camping World is the worst! They either do not know what they are doing or they are simply dishonest. The booger-eating morons who run the store just south of Birmingham AL refuse to honor deals made with the Corporate Office, and the people at Corporate make deals they can't consummate. Marcus Lemonis, CEO, should be ashamed of the deceptive business practices of his people. Go ANYWHERE ELSE, but do not waste your time or trust your valuable rig to Camping World.
Terrible Service department, Matt doesn't return phone calls neither does Tom the general manager. After pickup was left with a full black tank even though they said 3 times it would be emptied. Was told they had the monitor to my backup camera they did not. This place will tell you so many lies to get you to sign. I found a water leak underneath my camper when winterizing that should of been found during there so called 150 pt inspection. It only took me 5 minutes to find it. Rude as hell, the young punk that answers the phone is only interested in sales calls and must be told handle those 1st,because he kept putting me on hold needing service 6 times, then told me O were short handed today, well Mr Marcus Lamoneis, do something about this would you? My wife and I had stopped in the store to start a new adventure and do some research. We were fortunate enough to meet Kevin Wormser who was our sales professional. I'm in the service business so I judge our experiences differently. He was a "10" very knowledgeable on the product, cared about your wants and needs to direct you to the right choice(s) of RV's to look at and stayed within budget. This place is the absolute worst place to do business that I have ever witnessed in my life. Especially terrible is their service department, and Good Sam is a scam.
Can say without a doubt, if their service department is an example of the company overall----------THEY SUCK !! Avoid them. Have called 3 times over a week to schedule to bring in my RV for service. Finally today, I told the lady that answered I didnt want the lady in service because she NEVER responds ! She said oh she's in her office I see her sitting back there I'll transfer you. Absolute worse customer service I have ever had...left us out of town with auto level not working first time in four week old rv. will not, I repeat, will NOT return calls - sales and service just happy to take your money and that's it...really regret this purchase...
