they do not stand behind what they sell. they are only too happy to take your money for a sale. the salesman had told me that they'd already driven to upper michigan for a repair, but for me they won't drive across town.
First time RV owners. We were impressed with our salesman, Tyler. They accomodated us by keeping the RV during the pandemic until we were ready to pick it up. The service dept added slide covers and did a good job. The store rep walked us thru and helped us pick out the items we needed to get started. We thought pricing in the store was competitive to others. Service dept walked us thru the 5th wheel and explained how everything worked. All questions were answered. Pleased with our experience.
