This is the absolute WORST service department I have experienced! We paid these people THOUSANDS of dollars to fix problems that they never fixed! In one instance we bought all new tires for our RV from them, brought it back because they were vibrating and they assured us that they were perfect, installed correctly and guaranteed our safety. If there were zero stars that’s what they would get! BUYER BEWARE !! THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Where to start, ok the beginning I purchased a brand new camper and the the salesmen told me that they would install the hitch I already owned with no charge then when I went to pick up the camper he stated that It would be $350 to install it which consisted of 4 bolts the hitch was set up Not having tools with me I had no choice.
