Called for warranty work (completely covered by Lippert) on hydraulics on 2024 and told that it was no problem and would be quick. Dropped it off the next day. From there it was lies, no communication, and the worst customer service. We heard nothing so we called and was told part was ordered, only to find out it wasn't. This happened numerous times. The St Augustine camping world is one of the best locations I have been to. The team is phenomenal and so helpful with all questions we had. They were very professional and fair.
