Recently purchased a $100,000 motorhome from Camping World St. Augustine, as well as five additional protection products. Was a great experience. Our sales representative Anthony was very relaxed and professional. He was complimented by his sales and finance manager. The walk thru of the Campers features and what needed to be done at a camp site was excellent. Compliments to all. 5 stars. Update 1 star for follow up. Camper bought had issue with door locks. It has been 2 weeks and locks have not been replaced so although we have paid we have not taken delivery. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED at this point.
From the time we purchased our Coleman camper til today when we thought we had a problem, the Camping World team in St Augustine have been AWESOME!!!! Ron in service is STELLAR!!! He really knows his stuff….super friendly, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Thank you Ron!! Also a long overdue shout out to Caleb. He sold us the camper that really met our needs.
