Salesman really didn't listen to our input. We told him multiple times we weren't interested in buying today that we were still unsure what direction we wanted to go in. But insisted on pushing us into a certain type of RV. When I told him that we like four-wheel drive c or super c he told me they did not exist. So we decided to leave the dealership.
We were in St Augustine for one of our visits and just stopped to see what was available and we met Randy. He took us out to see anything we wanted to see and we walked through so many different brands and the one we liked the best was the Montana with the front office. So we went to the office and Randy answered all the questions and we told Randy we would be in touch. We always think about purchases before we sign. The same thing happened to us as a previous reviewer name Chris. They told us our tires were bad and the roof on the slide out was rotted. Then Nick told us that we shouldn't drive the camper because the tires were bad. We asked if they could replace the tires so we left it there. We did not hear back from then so my husband called them back a couple times. Still no estimate or information.
