We bought a "Class A RV" from this organization 7 years ago and had patronized them extensively as we began our new lifestyle. Our visit today reminded me why I truly HATE CW. Was cursed at (for pulling into the parking lot!) and generally ignored. This is tropical of other locations that have refused to service our motorhome, refused to provide quotes for tires, purposefully left lights on to deplete my batteries, and generally just been rude. We bought our keystone cougar 2 months ago. So far the slide out needed fixed ( which they did fix but never put the D channel back on, they told us to do it), the door handle broke, reclining chair broke, and every time I call they tell me so and so isn't here so they'll leave a message lol
Excellent experience at Camping World in Strafford! General manager Steve and the team went above and beyond — added our requested upgrades, gave a great walkthrough, and even delivered our 2025 trailer. Highly recommend!
