Tore off our a/c hood on a live oak branch. Dropped into this Camping World and found efficient, friendly workers determined to figure out a replacement for us, and within 45 minutes we are all set with a new hood. They even found us every discount possible! Super pleased with this treatment. Thanks.
We just purchased a brand new class B Thor Sequence 2022 20L 4 days ago. We were waiting several months for this order. When John Tobin called to let us know it arrived, we were excited to see it. D2 (David #2) gave us a very informative tour of the rv. He was great. Sales manager, Eric, dealt with the paperwork and was upfront about an issue that occurred during the delivery drive from Indiana to Pooler. I have an older camper and the faucet on my outdoor shower had malfunctioned. It was running all the time and needed to be replaced. I was blessed to have Kelly Standard of the service department assist me in finding everything I needed. He also thoroughly explained the procedure so I was able to do it myself. Keep up the great work Kelly!
