Service Department is horrible. My RV has been there for nearly two months for warranty repairs. Haven’t received any communication updates from them. My emails go unanswered. I’ve called a couple times… was on hold once for almost an hour, second time, I was hung up on. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales department is great though.

We had the worst experience ever. Couple things you should know before making time to walk the lot. - They don’t want you to walk around on your own. (What a joke) - there’s no online application that officially qualifies you for a trailer loan. - everything is done by hand on paper nothing is digital, This means you will sit there for hours wasting your time wasting your day. - Once you have selected the camper, you would like to buy here comes the thing that made me annoyed.
