Andrew in the parts and Service department was an absolute dream to work with. He prioritized the short time frame I had to get my trailer fixed, was very professional, helpful and made sure to walk me through every step so I knew exactly what was taking place. Incredibly pleased with my experience.
Awful experience. One star is generous. We searched for a travel trailer for several months and visited Camping World multiple times. From the start, the experience felt less than welcoming. Customers are directed through the sales office, where access is blocked and are asked to sign in before browsing. During our first visit, we signed in and explored the inventory on our own. They don't have anybody that works there that has any knowledge had our motorhome for 3 months. Nothing but lies. Got it back and it was still broken and our motorhome was scraped while it was there
My husband and I bought a trailer from Camping World this January 2026. Brand new Jayco Flight SLX 197MBW. We were so excited for this purchase since we have a big family that likes to get out doors. When we did the walk through I noticed water on the floor and mentioned it to the gentleman doing the walk through with us. Ordered awnings for my RV trailer. It said it would take two weeks. I called when the two weeks was up, Ryan seemed to have now idea about the order. Said he would call back with the info on what's going on with the order no call back..... Call back twice the next day. Finally left a message on Ryan's answering machine.
