We had a great experience at the Roseville location today. I went with my friends to pick up their new 38' Jayco travel trailer. We received a thorough walk through of the new unit and the salesman Raj, was friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The best part of our experience was our conversation with manager JD. We brought in a trade that was valued sight unseen and had a few more issues than we were aware of which resulted in a significantly lower trade in value. I love my RV I bought here! Had a hard time choosing but Paul & Manny helped me & my husband make the right decision I truly feel. We are absolutely in love with our RV!! Their inventory is impressive — from RVs to camping gear and accessories, they really have everything in one place. The showroom was clean and well organized, and the service department was professional and efficient. The finance person listened to me, didn't push me to buy stuff I didn't need. There was an issue with my nose jack. They took care of it immediately. The starter kit is cheezy tho.
