So much to say and none of it is any good. To start with, we had a new a/c unit installed and a new refrigerator in August 2022. The day we picked up the coach no one told us anything about the replacements. In January winter 2023 our first trip in the coach, we had no heat. Right to the problem. Their tech did not set up the two a/c units with our on board Aqua- Hot that controls the heat. It's getting all the dip switches in the right configuration and then set-up the thermostat.
