We were completing our camping stay in Summerdale Al on 6 Mar 2026. We stopped at this Camping World (CW) to fill our propane tank. We have a 2003 Class C Fleetwood Jamboree and were towing a CRV. We were hooking up the tow and had major problems with the connection. We went inside to the service department and Caroline met up to assist us. Ridiculous policies. We shouldn’t have to give our personal information before simply looking at the rv. We are lifetime RVers who will NEVER return here. When we refused to give our phone number and email, they rudely insisted that we had to if we wanted to be sent into inventory area!why? My $$$ will be spent somewhere else!!!
