I would not even give one star I wish I would have read other reviews but I do not always believe what I read on the internet??. I am not sure if most camping worlds are like this one or not... Yes very nice staff I will give them that. No communication between any of the different services at all. Would have left us drive off the lot with a bad tire if we would not have said anything about it .... Exposed metal from a blown tire that should have been fixed before we even got there... Bought a used motorhome in January, 2016. Within two weeks, I took it back to have things fixed that were supposed to work already, including both convex drivers mirrors were lose and falling off. Was charged $129 to fix the antenna up indicator, $129 to fix an antifreeze leak among other more expensive repairs. Neither of these items were fixed; I found and fixed the antifreeze leak by tightening a hose clamp, and am ignoring the antenna up indicator. Just a horrible experience-I drove my RV to Camping World of Roanoke to get a waste pump fixed. At the service desk, they told me if I joined the Good Sam’s Club, I would receive 25% off labor and parts. They said labor was $125 an hour, gezz, so I said OK and they escorted me to the front to buy a membership. So far so good; but that was the end of good!!
