Was passing through the area & needed a pair of deep cell batteries replaced. I had been turned away at another location, because there was no tech available to swap out the batteries. Called the Camping World location in Redding, and they took care of it in short order! Excellent customer service!!!
I would like to say that if you want to buy from this place think again. Everyone is really nice as they are selling you something you can't use. My husband and I bought a trailer there a year and a half ago and have been able to camp in it ONCE! At a rv park, with full hook ups. We told the sales man we dry camp and don't go to rv parks and that I have 4 grandchildren we like to take camping with us. He sold us a model that has a refrigerator that is electric only. We had a great experience buying a travel trailer. Skylar was very attentive in keeping us informed when trailers came in with our requirements. Wayne did a great job in working out a deal! Highly recommend! 7/25 update. Within a month the roof began to delaminate—the service team first told me it needed a full replacement, then patched it after my insurer denied coverage, assuring me no further damage existed.
