I was extremely satisfied by all members of the staff that I worked with. The saleswoman, Monica, was well versed about the unit I purchased and took me step by step through the process. The finance department had a no pressure approach on updates or the like. They gave the options and left the choice to you. I would highly recommend this outlet!
Took my money on an order and held it for over a month. I attempted to find out when my order was going to be shipped and it took three different calls to finally find out it was backordered with no ETA. Absolute terrible customer service. I’m glad I’ve never tried to buy something as big as an RV from them. Stay away.See less

I’ve gotten many parts for my fifth wheel. Very nice and helpful staff.
Went to get a set of steps for the trailer, Nick in parts dept was great 👍 ordered the parts and it was there as promised, great customer service!
