We recently suffered a total loss house fire, and our insurance instructed us to take our damaged camp trailer to Camping World for an estimate. Reno, NV was the closest location, but the experience there was awful. The employee was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping us was a burden. Had everything to get my travel trailer going.
Had a very young sales man. Was not informative, did not want to go find information he did not know.
Just want to shout out to John in service he’s a great mechanic. He stayed late to get our Fusion Impact toy hauler in usable condition so we could go on our trip. Thanks John you saved the trip!
I would never take your RV to be worked on in their service department. We took ours there to have some work done that was under warranty. They called after they got it and told us a series of other things that were “wrong” with the trailer. Long story short.. we paid $1,203 out of pocket to fix things that were “broken” or “were going out”. We paid to have the things fixed and took it home..
