Disappointing..... we wanted to look at campers today but were told that noone is allowed to walk around the lot without an employee with them. Waited 20 minutes dor someone to help. Walked out.... not impressed.
Can't walk out into the secured fenced lot to look at campers on your own without someone following you around. "We've had people steal things"....lol. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Needed some A/C information and lucky me, TIKA, was working in the parts department! Extremely knowledgeable, proficient and upbeat, SHE, (yes she) answered all my questions and took care of my needs. Situation was early morning opening and despite TIKA working solo, she answered the phone, juggled other customers questions, without missing a beat..I was totally impressed with her expertise and enthusiasm. The service was good at first John Conner did an amazing job but the finance department is a joke trying to get my deposit back for 5days now nothing but lies and a run around had wife go in with the card they said they ran the card and it was taken care of lie. Then I call they said nothing was taken care of so now it's been 6 times I've called and still no money recommending think twice before u go there it's a joke. If not take care of will file a complaint to BBB.
