Bought a 2022 used Camper from camping world in February of this year (still very much cold in SD. Yes, I knew I was buying a used camper. Camping World assured me "they check everything before its put out for sale again". Spring time come to start making all the things work work. Well I've found 2 separate leaks and the furnace isn't working. Basically the first and last camper I will buy from camping world.
Traveling from NC and had an issue with slide out not working properly. Sean new or predicament and promised to try and get us fixed in a day. Team delivered on getting us repaired in a few hours and Sean helped us file a warranty claim to recoup some of the cost. Can’t recommend this team enough and very thankful for their great service.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Camping World after purchasing a brand new 45-foot fifth wheel. On the day of pickup, we immediately identified several warranty issues and were assured we could begin the warranty process there and complete the work in the state we were moving to. We bought a new camper here, had a few problems but everyone was so helpful and made it an overall wonderful experience.
I want to provide as honest of a review as possible because during my experience, there were great parts and terrible parts. First. My salesman was great. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, helped us through the process, and though he was a little pushy, he offered us incentives to help meet numbers which was kind and we planned on going with our chosen camper anyways.
