I would love to give negative star review here. We scheduled a appointment to look at a 5th wheel they had for sell. Drove two hours to look at it and it was magically in service getting a part fixed. We were told to wait 2 hours and they might be able to show it to us today. When they went to "talk" to service they came back smelling like cigarettes. Well they lost a sale and service from me. The sales team was absolutely phenomenal from me just browsing their website to having someone contact me within an hour and the communication was top-notch. Our salesman‘s name was BJ and he was so great. We talked with the sales manager even a few times and he was amazing even the service department when contacting us for setting up the pick up for our unit was fast and on the ball just getting stuff ready to go as he called me and I wanted to pick up the unit the next day they had it ready to go for us. Had a great experience at this camping world. Friendly and helpful staff. Guillermo helped us. He was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our questions were answered, and our family had a great time with him looking around the lot. Definitely go see him if you are in the market for a camper.
Just don’t buy from them. Just don’t please. Every negative review everyone has left is true as I have had same or similar. Buy somewhere else. Buy from the small dealer where the reviews matter and your purchase matters. Buy new and order, Especially if your thinking of full timing as I do because of my career. It’s not just this dealer, it’s the company as a whole. I bought used here, and have viewed new at other camping worlds. Always found multiple damages. Found rot in my used “fully inspected” camper.
