On a recent trip to the Black Hills, we had the misfortune of a slide failure on our fifth wheel trailer. Since it failed in the extended position, I was unable to travel to a service center and mobile services were unavailable. We drove to Camping World of Rapid City and conferred with Josh in the service center. He understood the problem and had me meet with two technicians.
