They are unprofessional and take your money. Brought new camper which had some defects from the factory. Was told they would fix. Brought camper to them in December they had until March. Got camper home none of the repairs were made. The managers won’t even call you back. Terrible service.
I had a bearing failure October 2019. Sister company up north did the job. Had significant reservations about their work. So brought camper into Panama City Florida camping world for service. I am an experience camper and prefer to talk to the mechanics and parts persons directly. The mechanic was very skilled and redid all four wheels. Brian, the mobile tech was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I appreciate him coming to my residence during this virus outbreak. We purchased a tailor approximately three months ago. We have not used it yet. We were going to occupy it this week when we noticed the electricity was not working after it was already taken to your sight this week and returned.
