This review is about my experience with service and repairs of my class A Newmar Ventana. Due to their technician error, I was told the brand new inverter/charger was defective. Upon my own inspection and research, I discovered and corrected the proper wiring of the inverter. Their technician wired it incorrectly, even having the old inverter wiring as a template. Started out nice then got rude when I called back . Bought my camper here and this is how you treat your customers..I will not be back ..thanx for nothing ,never resolved my y issue ..but after spending as much money as I did you would think I would get better service once they get your money that's it not friends any more..
