FYI - this place HAS NOT Changes! Save yourself and... JUST DONT!! The worst service after the sale ever. You WILL REGRET expecting anything from this dealership other than a hard time once you've signed on the dotted line. So if you do, don't say you weren't forewarned about it.
My husband went to see a listed Class C a second time (and only 5 days later) in North Conway last week- the sales people finally located it in VT- very disappointing- they had no idea it was gone. Today we called ahead to Chichester to a see a listed RV to see if still there and make appt to see a specific RV. We arrive and are given a salesperson who was great, but had no idea we were coming and felt bad he didn’t have the used Class C prepared for us: battery dead, no fuel, wasps nest in the door jam. Great spot if you want an overpriced, formaldehyde laden camper that loses value day after day.
The worst customer service ever. They do not return phone calls at all. Especially when it comes to their service department, they're trying to get them to do. Anything is a hassle. They did a repair on rv, and the repair didn't work. And they have not returned our phone call since they will screen your calls, and if they recognize your number, they will not pick up or the people in the service department. Will not return your calls.This is the worst camping world
