Ok, now that my transaction is finally complete I can give a fair rating: Good - I got the used camper I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Michael Williams worked hard to make a not great situation at least somewhat better. Bad - Wasted a 2.5 hour trip to sign paperwork as they did not have the title in hand. No apology nor was I told that they didn't have the title until I got there. Today we stopped in to look into possibly purchasing a good used camper and our salesman Dian Howard showed myself and my husband many campers and we decided to purchase to our surprise a R pod not the camper that I came to look at. We purchased it at a great price and we think we are going to enjoy our camping trips together with our pups. NOW we can't wait to hitch up and tow along! Camping season can't come soon enough. My husband and I were excited to visit this dealership to see a few 5th wheels we’ve been seriously considering. After spending hours researching online and narrowing down the exact makes and models we wanted, our search led us to Camping World, and we planned a specific trip to this location because they carry those units. They REALLY need to go thru their campers better prior to delivery. GM delivered my 5th wheel for me, and recently Sean-Service manager- gave me two new full 30 lb propane tanks- as when I went to fill them elsewhere the tanks had expired in 2012. I just bought this $50k 5th wheel in July…. Again- hide a few but CLEAN & check the rv’s better. Had some broken screens and service asked “what do you want me to do?”. Service department is a joke. Nicholas Wight promised he submitted a warranty claim within warranty period and that we were just waiting on parts. He strung me along for 2 months before ghosting me completely. Avoid this place, there are many other RV dealers on this same road. They are quick to sell you a $10,000 warranty but have no interest in honoring it.
