I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Camping World RV. I purchased a part that did not fit my RV and returned to the store the very next day. The item was completely unused and in its original packaging. Despite bringing it back within 24 hours, the store refused to accept the return. Salesman DIAN is the one you’ll want to see there! Really personable, let my kids be a part of the experience, did not jerk us around showed us exactly our options, really honest in answering questions and had so much great advice!
Came in just looking at campers and we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk receptionist, who then called Dian the salesman. Extremely personable and very pleasant to work with. Asked all the right questions to find us what we were looking for. He did just that. Extremely happy with the service and his knowledge on finding us what we wanted. Thank you Dian for everything!
We bought pop up camper at Chenchister and what a big mistake. Be carefully prepare yourself for the quick switch and pressure to buy a extended warranty.They slipped in a tire warranty for 750 it only had 2 tires. I did not ask for it. They charged for Title but didn't have theTttle nor did the bank had a hard time registering. Then I found out that there was a broken wall that they just Put a bracket not fixing it. The worst place I have dealt with in 50 yrs of camping.
This is the place to buy RVs!!! Please ask for Steve Perras, he is a great person and will guide you on this journey, getting a class a motor home is a huge decision and sometimes takes many visits and many rigs that you see and compare AND HE IS THERE FOR YOU. Very patient and knowledgeable. Recommend 100%
