Worst shopping experience ever! I needed some RV caulk. I checked online and put some into my cart with a $41 discount. I called the store to verify they had it in stock. They did and placed them next to the counter for me . I went to the store and asked if they would match the online price. Two employees said yes but I needed to purchase a $40 membership. Don't waste your money on their extended warranty. They hustle and slick talk you into spending the extra money to purchase their product and then refuse to honor the warranty when you have a valid claim. They have lied to me about the specifics about my claim. I will do no more business with this dealership. I will also tell everyone I can how the service department operates.
Not impressed at all. The sales staff is on the ball but the service department is another story. Bought new camper and had to take it back because the water heater didn't work. It's been there a month this week and still not repaired. NOT ! A happy camper...
