Apparently, at this place, they have to take a photo of your ID like you’re entering a top-secret facility. Oddly enough, the next customer didn’t have to. If you like being greeted with suspicion instead of hospitality, this is the place for you. We were going to pay outright but after all that, nope we’ll pass. Don’t give them your ID. They’ll run a soft credit check without your consent. Illegal credit check just for browsing. Avoid this place. Shady!!!
Wasted trip. I came here because they had a Rhino sewer hose advertised for $60.25 and sealant for $13.14. When I was about to purchase the above items, they wanted $78.00 for the sewer hose and $16.99 for the sealant. I was told that the discounted price was an online order and if I wanted the discounted price I had to wait 30-40 minutes. He said they had to order it even though they had it there. Service here is horrible had to have a few things replaced on my brand new Jayco it’s been 6 weeks now and there still not done apparently one of the parts they originally sent out was wrong they get close to finishing and another part was wrong not sure whose running this circus but if it were me I’d verify all the parts are there and correct before calling in a customer for repairs it’s unfortunate 6 weeks of summer gone smh and on top of that they don’t provide updates only reason I know what’s going on is because I’m cal... read more
Lipstick on a pig describes every part of this place. The rigs look nice. The people dress like they're going to church or golfing. They act like they completely forgot who you are and what they were supposed to fix when you go in for an appointment. When they say we take ANY trade in, they mean it. They resell un-drivable rvs and will tell you to your face there is nothing wrong with it. They sent me home with stairs that go out while driving and no headlights.
