The only people who give this place a decent review are people who they were able to rip off. We had a purchase agreement for an rv and had outside financing, but they never gave us the rv. It was one excuse after another for 2 1/2 weeks that never made any sense. We finally backed out and bought somewhere else. Randy the manager- told us lie after lie Alex-finance- same- lied several times Carlos-sales-pretty much no help after you agree to purchase. Don't bother calling him, he won't call you back.
If you were considering purchasing anything from here please reconsider. Their communication, product, and service is terrible. If their mouth is moving it's a 99.99% chance they are lying to you for your business. I purchased a 2025 Jayco Seismic 399 from them July, 18 2025. I been shopping on Jayco website and I always get emails or phone calls when I am not ready to buy a RV and if I perfer one method of communication then why can't they just stick to that one. If I am just shopping on a manufacturer website I should have other options on the dealers who carry jayco rvs.
Ive been waiting months for my extended warranty refund after selling my RV, and Camping World has failed to deliver on multiple promises. Despite numerous calls, emails, and even a BBB complaint, I have received no refund and no meaningful response. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to ignore customers and delay legitimate refunds. I’m hoping it doesn’t get to a point where lawyers need to be involved.
