When you buy something from this place and you have a warranty they should repair things when I don't operate correctly good luck with that canceling to find any good service at this place.

Camping World was the last dealer on my list to visit and sure glad I did wait! I spoke with Sean Kwant by phone and told him what we were looking for and maximum we wanted to spend on a new travel trailer. He notified us he had a unit that met all our stated requirements. We stopped in and found him to be extremely knowledgeable of both product and inventory. Never pushy, just very helpful. This Camping World installed an axle for me in June 2014. I noticed the axle failed in August 2014. The service manager acquired an axle from a local supplier and installed the next day. The service manager told me that the axle was better than the original manufacturer. He also said that getting an axle from the manufacturer could take 6 weeks. Worst experience I have ever had at the Columbia, SC Camping World. Would not recommend. Still do not have my new RV out of the shop for warranty repairs after 6 weeks.

Thank you Camping World!! We took our 40' Raptor toy hauler into Camping World for some warranty work and a roof replacement. We explained to them that we were actually here on a trip and needed the work to be done as quickly as possible. We were a little worried because almost every other shop in the area started saying it would take a week, but then they would say it would take two weeks and some would even said three weeks. If you want your RV screwed up. Take it to these shady crooked non-technical heathens. We waited 3 months just to get a dash radio installed. Guess what? They finially got it on the 4th month, but they burnt up my wiring harness. Took it to another RV repair shop where i had to pay lil over $1,000.00 to get what they screwed up fixed. Camping world Technicians are a complete joke.

My husband and I wanted an r pod. We waited an hour for someone to help us however they were very busy and seemed short handed. When the rushed and clearly annoyed salesman got to us, we were quoted $14,900. We had done some investigating on our own and found the dame one in Idabel for $12,500. We told the salesman this and asked if they'd be willing to negotiate. He very rudely told us that we had better "go get it then" because he wasn't budging. So we did. $2,500 cheaper. Thanks for the advice.
