To the Owners, Corporate Board of Directors or any other parties that have an interest in RV World of Georgia. I realize this a long post/review but a necessary one! In my opinion, RV World of Georgia doesn't deserve a rating period. T took my 2007 TourMaster motorhome to RV World of Georgia to have the windshield wipers reconnected. I'm just writing to inform you that I am getting closer to my target retirement age and have been exploring the idea of buying a RV or a Fifth Wheel. So I stopped by the Camping World of Fayetteville in Fayetteville NC and talked to a very nice young man L.D. Sullivan. This sales person is very knowledgeable about all your products and took me on a very informative tour of all the possibilities of what there was to camping. This site discusses the growth of Camper World. They are growing, however, they are not growing their support Staff. I dropped a Freedom Elite off on July the 4th. The comment was thank you, check back next week. I did, check back next week and I just visited today going on the 3rd week and was told to check back next week. The personnel who work there are great! Johnathan is my contact at the service desk. He even called me at 7:45 PM to apologize for the service not being done yet. Camping World has had a bad rap for some time both in terms of sales as well as service. That said, I can only speak of this specific location. I traded-in a Class C for a Class A and the sales rep was eager to make a sale, which he did. Scott Geesey was prompt, responsive and willing to listen to my specific needs and requests. He interacted with the General Manager, Robert Yeager, who is in my opinion, the epitome of customer service. Robert and Scott solidified a transaction that I think was fair. I am very disappointed in camping world I brought my camper in last year to have them fix my inverter on my motor home they took it in on the appointment time and called me later the next day to tell me the inverter shut itself off on safety so all they had to do was reset the program in it they said I could pick it up the next day so i went and picked it op got it home only to find out that it was not working still I called camping world and told them what happened they said bring it back I told them i was going out of town... read more

When you buy something from this place and you have a warranty they should repair things when I don't operate correctly good luck with that canceling to find any good service at this place.
