We were on a hunting trip for two weeks and we couldn't get the heat to work on our camper! Called C-W of Knoxville. Service guy walked us through everything and found the problem in less than 2 minutes. Awesome service and very helpful.
Treatment of customers very unprofessional :( Staff should never say anything negative to a child that was absolutely doing nothing but standing next to grandmother. I was taken back. We left. Called to speak to manager but was told no with out going into detail about the reason I was calling. There is always more to a story but this is as negative as I want to share. Never say Never but I don't believe we will ever go back.
Absolutely the worst management team ever! We purchased a new Mallard , we have used our camper four times and each time there has been a new and bigger problem from leaking roof to the black tank not emptying . The sales team will tell you whatever you want to hear, but the service and management team are a joke! The logo says” if you’re not happy, then I’m not happy”, What a joke, bunch of bozo’s, go somewhere else!
