Chuck Star (no longer employed there) was a very easy going person, thats where the nice ends. We had gone over for supplies in February - having vowed not to purchase a coach from Camping World again, due to very previous poor customer service at St. Augustine, and had only dealt with Campers Inn for the last several years. Was a little lost at first, then Ms. Jeanne Edge came to me and was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Service at this location was excellent and I am a customer for life.
We purchased our 2021 travel trailer from Camping World of Jacksonville in April. Darlene Paradise was our Sales person and she was so wonderful, friendly and worked so hard to make our purchase so easy. We have made a friend and we are so pleased we had Darlene to make this experience so great

I buy out of store frequent,even let them replace the owning and was well pleased, but I bent the corner trim a week ago, took it to get an estimate, talked about possible insurance if it was more than my deductible, the estimate given to me was for $5500.00 plus parts. They had it to replace 2 windows, new door new spare tire, refrigerator vent. 2 new taillights, new decals, 12volt connector, and a few other items that had nothing to do with the damage, all it needed was a new corner trim.
