Worst purchasing experience I've ever had in my lifetime they purposefully targeted disabled veterans and tried to sell me something that I did not receive secondly they did not correctly winterize the vehicle and now they're expecting me to pay for a damaged hot water heater before I took possession of the vehicle

We had to have a new bathroom fan installed in Jayco 5th wheel. We bought it in Huber Heights OH Camping World, and they were not very cooperative, but we finally got the fan and called Lake City FL Camping World to install the fan. Charlie the service manager was wonderful, she listened to us and got the service guys to come to Chiefland FL to come out and install the fan. Even though my wife and I weren’t able to get the RV we wanted, I would like to personally thank Chris Hennessey for taking the time and having the patience to answer all of our questions. Last March or April of 2024 I bought a recliner for my motorhome from Camping world located in Tyler Texas. I called the store for help after the handle that raises the foot up broke. Camping World sold me the recliner but said it was up to the manufacturer to honor the warranty. Their solution was to send me the part to fix it but i declined. My wife and I just bought a 2022 rpod from the Camping World dealer on Anderson Road, Oklahoma City. It was the best of several dealer-purchased RV experiences. Sales rep Paula was gracious, thorough and knowledgeable. She and the dealership did everything they promised. Also RV tech Jordan was exceptionally knowledgeable. He repaired the minor things needing it and his explanations were complete and accurate. We were very pleased. Ed Wilson

We purchased our travel trailer back in October. We worked with Fred and he was fantastic. We were given a great value on. our trade in. The buying process is as usual, but we were never pressured on any aspect throughout our time there. Fred was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend.

I regret ever walking into this place , Blake Musselman will not tell the truth , so buy your camper somewhere else , just have to get lawyer
