Place is still horrible, don’t shop here. Took them a year to read their history of shit service. I had gone to camping world in December and purchased a 2020 Open Range. When we had signed papers I was told that they had to keep it to replace the tires, battery, toilet seal, and fix the furnace. I came back to pick it up and the furnace died again so they fixed it again for free. When I started living in it in January the first thing I noticed was that the battery would not hold a charge and the toilet would not hold water. 6 months later 3 out of the 5 tires are dry rotting. Not a good experience dropped off RV we actually bought from this location Made appointment took a week to even look at the issue then possibly 2 to 3 weeks to get parts and fix? We decided to pick up RV and look at other options over $100 to just look at RV and originally was going to make sure tires were good we had a low tire However when we picked up today after I paid the $100 for the inspection the advisor told me it would cost me to get air in my tire Really so much for customer service !
