Camping World scammed me out of $200 just to return a product. Their return policy never mentioned any kind of pick-up fee, but when I tried to return, I was forced to pay it. Completely misleading and dishonest. Be very careful before buying from here — they do not stand behind their policies and will find ways to charge you hidden fees. I’ll never shop here again.
This has been one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Our salesman Chad was great and friendly but the troubles started after we purchased. First thing we walked in and barely got a glance until they realized we were VIP’s then they actually recognized our existence. We had VERY good customer service and pricing with Kimberly at the Georgetown Camping World location. She listened to what features we wanted and searched hard for the perfect camper for us!
I had lost the keys to my camper. Cindy was very helpful, and gave me instructions on how to remove the locking mechanism on the camper. I was able to bring it to her, and she located the code and provided a key. She resolved my problem completely!
