Would rate zero if I could. Two visits… first one to look at an RV with an appointment. I was left in the lobby/store for 45 minutes with no updates. I told them I was leaving and miraculously I was allowed to look at the used RV. They gave me a nice VIP lanyard to wear however I felt like anything but a VIP. Second visit to pick it up, I was told I needed another appointment so I made one. I showed up and they had no idea I was coming.
