Horrible customer service. They do not seem to care about rectifying situations that arise. They care more about sales than the safety of the families that come in with their hard earned money. DO NOT buy from this place. They sell defective products that claim the warranty will cover. Two months later and our family RV is still not fixed. Didn’t even have it a week. Several calls later, parts still on order. Corporate letter written and still no response.How can anyone feel good about this?
Mark of Camping World in Hopemills and his team completely took advantage of me and my family as first time RV owners. It’s nearly unbelievable that anyone would take advantage of someone to this degree. Long story short, we purchased a brand new RV that leaked immediately. Not only that, this camper’s hot water heater was not fully assembled (the electric option was not even installed) which was obvious to a seasoned camper like Mark but he knew we had no idea. Bought a new Forest River and the salesman made promises on repairing the torn floor caused at an RV show. Told they would order new flooring. Never called and when we return to have it repaired and fix other issues that should be cover by warranty, he could remember us. Nothing was covered by warranty. The water heater that would not start was told it was dirty and charged $45 to clean and still doesn't work. Cancelled Good Sam extended warranty and had to fight for the money to be returned. We purchased a 2020 Thor windsport new from camping world in hope mills North Carolina. We went to pick it up the following weekend and had to wait 5 hrs.for them to clean it and fix several minor things on the interior. When we got the OK to leave nothing on the inside none of the minor things had been done. I asked the manager why nothing had bee taken care of.
