Board selection, almost too much to choose from. Friendly staff with consistent follow up. Set your criteria (must haves) and fix your budget and hold to them then let CW do the work.
Ordered a toilet online that was shown as in stock. Paid $30 shipping only to have my order canceled. They won't refund the freight I paid because there were two SMALL items that they doordashed me. I would have gone to pick them up in person and NEVER paid shipping had I known I would not receive the toilet. TERRIBLE!!
We had a few bumps in the road with an out of state purchase and the Eugene store was pretty great. Long story short we purchased an RV, they couldn't deliver it to the camping world nearest to us so we had to drive 2.5 hours to the Eugene store. We were given the verbal that our RV was dropped off on Friday, we showed up Saturday morning and there was no RV, no paperwork and nobody answering from the other store. I am not sure what will come of the rv that I purchased from Strafford Missouri Camping World as I have yet to recieve it, but the GM Jeff and their team at the Eugene store are pretty great.
