This review is for Dave, who deserves a raise. Went in on a Sunday afternoon looking for a part he is very attention to detail and knew exactly what we needed and gave us a very easy to understand explanation on how to use it. He saved us time and money and we are grateful. Their Service Dept is Top Notch - My advisor's name is Nick and my tech's name is Brandon. Both these guys do care about you and about the service being performed. I had a 4 wheel wheel bearing job done (always concerned about failure so I'm quick to make sure I keep my travel trailer maintained) and glad I did. Brandon found out 1 of my tires was wearing uneven compared to the other 3 and suggested I get it replace fearing a blowout or other problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They had told us we were approved, set up payment plan, put a sold sticker on the trailer AND told us that we needed to have a brake system installed and insurance on the trailer prior to picking up. We did these things immediately after leaving. A few days later we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. No one would call us back to tell us anything.
