We picked a 2024 trailer that appeared never used. We were told it went through inspection. We looked it over pretty good but two problems we had there was no way of knowing. Camp world pulls the batteries, when you pick it up they put a battery back in it. The fridge light was on and working. When we got home the fridge was not working. WARNING GO AT YOUR OWN RISK We bought a new 2026 Keystone Raptor 441HB and they don’t have a clue about how to treat a buying customer ! I’ll be honest they shouldn’t even be allowed to sell Rv’s . I’ll start with if you think they care about you ? Well they don’t! So I’ll break it down quickly. 1. Went to get a washer/dryer combo. Within 20 min of arriving, had it purchased and loaded ready to go. However, I have been here before to look at an RV and the sales guys are very pushy.
We were traveling from Arizona in our motorhome and were in Oakridge, Oregon when we experienced a problem with a leaking toilet. I called parts and service in Coburg, Oregon and talked to Jesse. It was decided that it was a seal that needed replaced. He said he thought that they had the part in stock but would confirm the part number and call me right back which he did.
