Poor Service. Untimely Service. Unresponsive. They had my van for over three months for a simple repair. The excuses were many. We are busy. We forgot to order the part. It's the holidays. The technician took four personal days. We are busy at the Columbus Boat and RV Show. We ordered the wrong part. While in their possession, they burnt a roll of paper towels in the microwave and said they received it that way, but I had a report from them that did not mention the microwave.
