We bought our 34 ft RV there in 06/2023 for $42,500. We contacted Camping World 09/2023 to sell it back to them. We only needed it to live in while we built out house. We spoke with the Colfax location, then their consignment department, then customer service. Their quote was $18,500! $24,000 less than it was worth 15 months ago. I realize the RV would depreciate in value some, but not $24,000. The consignment department told me we were taken advantage of and paid too much for it. Went to camping world in Colfax nc on 7-2-23 found a camper that we liked.Salesman’s had us come into is office so we could talk about credit, they ran credit check-we passed came back said they needed some documents and papers, they then told us they needed the down payment got that, took the stuff to them on Thursday 7-6-23 we looked at the camper 1 more time noticed they put up a sold sign with our name on it said they would call us back to sign the papers and take home our camper…..we’ll still no call back, but we have c... read more

Very poor service. Corporate doesn’t care. Had my unit almost four months. Went to pick up few times. Said is was ready but not. Left off trim, scratches in paint not touched up nasty, fresh water pump unhooked, and now the slide out seal is tore. Talked to corporate they said they would detail it now call back saying they just gonna wash it. Detail shop 2 miles down road but they said it will cost extra.
