Terry helped me and my family find the perfect pop up camper for us, he was patient and very helpful on getting us information on what we were looking for with no pressure at all, he went above and beyond to help us with everything that we needed we couldn’t ask for a better salesman to help us out.
Very sad and disappointing to be treated this way as your customer. You are a billion dollar company and I purchased my first RV from your company with zero explanation what would not be covered and my responsibility. Who would think that seal maintenance falls on a woman to maintain her RV! Nobody explained or walked me to demonstrate that this falls on my responsibility and how to do it. We were pleasantly surprised with the sales department customer service we were provided. Carrie Hunse was great!! She went above and beyond to keep the process smooth and easy for us. She is understanding, patient and delivers on her promises. No disappointments, or surprises in fine prints ;) She has great personality and we highly recommend her services!!!
The retail manager, Kari, is fantastic! Full of knowledge and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don’t want to jinx her into being a victim of a true crime podcast, but she seriously lights up the room.
Edward at the service department has been amazing and incredibly knowledgeable with all of our questions/issues regarding our camper. I highly recommend this facility due to all of his expertise.
