Was a poor experience but did help us in the buying process elsewhere. Include all the fees in your pricing. other places include the prep fee
I was late getting my camper in for service.Chris was awesome and took care of us and communicated with us till job was done ....THEN day before we leave the bed lift system failed.They took us in and temporarily fixed to go on trip .Then they are ordering parts so when home they can fix permanently for us.Great experience all the way around.We will go back
Once you walk out of this place with a new trailer, you can forget about getting any help from them. They promise to call you back, but never do. Total sham. Don't buy from these jokers.
We bought a 2025 Rockwood MiniLite 2109S this past weekend from Camping World in Wauconda Illinois. We highly recommend this RV dealership. They gave us a thorough walk through of our new camper. Bill in Sales, Mitch in Finance and Jesse, General Manager and the Service team were all very helpful in making the process smooth. I think we will be very happy with this RV.
Absolutely horrible for responding to warranty claims. Worst company to trust if you have a new camper with a world of problems. We got ours from saukeville location and have hired an attorney. Wow the professionalism is incredibly horrible, quite sickening.
