Second camper bought and this time new. Bad experience this time. We waited and waited and waited to be shown how to operate our new camper and still did not fully show me how to operate all. Not a Hapoy Camper. In business you have to be consistent and you dropped the ball. Never hide anything from your paying customer. You have a responsibility to be transparent. Did not show that to me. I will not shop here again
Absolute terrible experience from the day I walked in. I talked with a salesman the day before I went in. I told him the 3 campers my wife and I was interested in however when we arrived the salesman had a list of other campers we should look at (not even close to be similar to the 3 we came to see). The salesman did not have any info taken down for the 3 we talked about the day before. My wife had to give him the unit numbers again. We found the one we wanted bought.
