Had to have some squirrel damage repaired and they made the repair very smooth, seamless and easy to work with my insurance company and get everything done
They referred us to a company close to them that can fix my garage unit RV A/C. Called them and they said yes they can do it. No they don’t!!! Please get your crap and knowledge together and don’t recommend when you don’t know. It’s now been 2 weeks in the service center and still don’t have time table to get our RV back😩😫
We purchased a Leisure Unity rv from Wauconda Illinois Camping world. Our salesman, Terry Terchin, provided us with all the information on the unit including a comprehensive video. When we arrived from north Idaho, Terry even picked us up at the Chicago airport.when we arrived, Dave gave us a thorough demo of the unit. Terry helped me and my family find the perfect pop up camper for us, he was patient and very helpful on getting us information on what we were looking for with no pressure at all, he went above and beyond to help us with everything that we needed we couldn’t ask for a better salesman to help us out.
Very sad and disappointing to be treated this way as your customer. You are a billion dollar company and I purchased my first RV from your company with zero explanation what would not be covered and my responsibility. Who would think that seal maintenance falls on a woman to maintain her RV! Nobody explained or walked me to demonstrate that this falls on my responsibility and how to do it.
