Lots of used and new RV'S to look at!
My experience at this location has been nothing short of horrible. I purchased a used RV and on my first camping trip the following weekend there was a water leak. There was also a leak from the kitchen faucet which I had to replace while camping. While the location agreed to repair the water leak from the slide out, and reimburse me for the kitchen faucet. Just pulled in, walked around the shop, asked about checking out some RVs and was told I need to have a sales person with me. No offer made to introduce me to someone or schedule anything. Not that I am ready to buy, just looking for possibilities but guess I didn’t look the part. Asked about upcoming open houses or events. Nope was told nothing. First time at one of these, I’ll do some research to see what the norm is but this was disappointing.
Our experience with purchasing our travel trailer through Camping World in Island Lake has been nothing short of frustrating. Aiden in sales was pleasant to work with, but things took a sharp turn downhill as soon as we submitted a financing application and deposit on the trailer we wanted. Numerous requests for final information on our financing approval went unanswered with excuses and "if we didn't call you, then the numbers you signed off on haven't changed."
