I walked in wanting to see the toy haulers that were on the lot. Immediately the rep behind the counter began data mining me "checking me in" she said. She offered me water and when I said I could use some, she pointed in the general direction where one could get water. It wasn't an offer of water, not really. Then another rep came from the back. I would not recommend this place. After six months, we had no offers on our RV and when we went to pick it up, there was a big oil stain on the carpet that had not been there before.
Because I think you have to be even more horrible then what they’ve done to me to get one star, like you have to be the ultimate worse to get one star, and they’re there on the edge, but if you’re considering these people for ANYTHING consider somewhere else. I brought them a very slightly used travel trailer in great shape and asked for their 45 point inspection and they quoted me $14,000.00 in repairs. Highly would NOT recommend… Bought a used trailer from them (2021) which has had issues from day one. During the walk through they highlighted the AC and components of the trailer that worked. However when I showed up to pick it up the trailer had black mold in the fridge and freezer…. After taking it home everything that matters does not work. The furnace will not work or lite at all. The water heater does not work on propane and only works on electric which takes a crazy amount of power. The fridge/freezer does not work on... read more
Unorganized no communication. I tried consignment through them. Unpleasant experience to say the least. My trailer was clean when I brought it to them . It wasn't when I picked it up. They didn't have all my paperwork together Lost my keys. Not selling it is one thing. Unprofessional business practices js another.
