Trailer broke down the road, was able to get it to these guys and they dropped everything to get us back on the road safely within an hour. Thank you
I walked in wanting to see the toy haulers that were on the lot. Immediately the rep behind the counter began data mining me "checking me in" she said. She offered me water and when I said I could use some, she pointed in the general direction where one could get water. It wasn't an offer of water, not really. Then another rep came from the back. I would not recommend this place. After six months, we had no offers on our RV and when we went to pick it up, there was a big oil stain on the carpet that had not been there before.
Because I think you have to be even more horrible then what they’ve done to me to get one star, like you have to be the ultimate worse to get one star, and they’re there on the edge, but if you’re considering these people for ANYTHING consider somewhere else. I brought them a very slightly used travel trailer in great shape and asked for their 45 point inspection and they quoted me $14,000.00 in repairs.
