Got what I went in for. Very nice,helpful and knowledgeable staff.
We did not have a good experience here at all, we specifically went in to look at one trailer, right off the bat the salesmen couldn’t find it and proceeded to “teach” us how to use their website, I told him that we already knew how and that how we found the one we came in to see. He finally found it and took us to it, after looking at it we wanted to see the breakdown on paper for cost, etc. they were persistent on trying to get us to purchase the “let’s go camping” package and we told him we don’t need that since we alread... read more
We had a great experience buying a used Jayco from here. James was attentive and answered all of our questions. Jennifer helped make the paperwork process relatively smooth. The trailer was clean, well maintained, and any issues were addressed. We highly recommend working with James and RV Washington.
Front desk, "Rebekah" was really helpful with questions regarding consigning RV's. Good inventory to look at if you are shopping for well maintained used RV's.
