They tell you one thing and do another. Don’t trust Brandi who was our sales person. She told me camper world would come to us if we have a minor problem and if if was going to be anything major they might require us to bring it in. They also told me to put blocks under my levelers and that would level my camper and I could use those jacks to push side up because I was asking for auto leveler feature she said this was similar to it. Me and my wife are received a warm welcome when we get to camping world.
They were extremely helpful when I purchased the vehicle. When I went back with damages to the body, they treated me terribly. They need to get some customer service training.
Don’t come here to purchase your rv. I backed out of a deal and they still haven’t refunded my deposit after 14 business days so that’s not including weekends. I’ve called multiple times and repeatedly told I would be called back. They took my money in 2 seconds but won’t refund it. Please don’t waste your time here.
