Great place! sales manager ( Dorian) and Allie (sales) were great to work with very helpful and willing to go above and beyond! They had a great selection of of campers as well as good prices very professional in my experience!
Would not recommend purchasing or getting your RV serviced here. We dropped our camper off the first week of September to have the fridge replaced and weather stripping replaced it took them till Mid January to do this and we had to call them to find out our camper was ready. We let them know that we’d like to keep our total at 1k and when we called it was well above that and she got rude with us over the phone and told us she would let her manager know and have him call us. Dishonest practices when buying and selling campers. Bait and switch, hidden fees, high pressure. They do not buy campers the way they portray in ads, don’t waste your time. Avoid at all costs.
So I was interested in working with camping world and I met an employee named Grace and oh my God her kindness was astonishing and due to her kindness alone and her professionalism. I am giving five stars before I have even visited the lot. I say this because a family emergency happened and this Individual was kind, polite, and professional to me even rescheduled me twice. This is a good company and this is a good person.
