I had a damaged bedroom slide out that bent my metal panel on the slide out before I took delivery. The quality team and team members missed it and refuse to help fix or replace it, even though they swear they have a “quality team” that is paid to find issues, lol. Once you buy and drive off, they don’t care anymore about you, unless you walk into their store which is a major inconvenience when they don’t answer or return your calls. They get your money and get you in a camper and then a year later your 15k negative.
2 weeks later and still no word about the refund of our refundable deposit. Not satisfied at all, is the best I can say. It started all well, till we decided to not buy that day and put a deposit down. A sales person pressured us to sign, what we happily have not. Days later we decided to buy, go there for an inspection and the fridge was not working, not their fault at all, but should have been checked.
