I had a written offer in hand to purchase my camper for a set amount. When I dropped off the camper, I pointed out that there was a battery charger on board for the tongue jack. The receiving employee noted it and thanked me. A *month* later, I got an inspection report. Amazingly, the amount of repairs needed totaled to almost exactly the amount I was offered for the sale.
